基本信息廖任远(1976-),福建莆田,教授、博士生导师。厦门大学本科及硕士,2008年获美国肯特州立大学理学博士学位。2008年到2013年期间在新西兰梅西大学及中科院物理研究所从事博士后研究工作。2013年入选“闽江学者特聘教授支持计划”和教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。主要从事超冷原子和凝聚态理论方面的研究,迄今已在国际物理学重要刊物(PRL& PR)发表15篇研究论文。
